Isabella Roth
Chief Executive Officer

Isabella Roth

As an outright health leadership professional, Izabella Roth has built and gained a reputation as a professional health-based expert whose passion for heath and healing stretches far beyond expectations. Currently working at the helm of the Christensen Communities in Alberta, Izabella Roth has continuously been a key figure in influencing sustainable health and more importantly advancing her key belief in professional health care and improved community service.

She boasts of an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta. These sum up part of her successful education background. Upholding some great leadership skills and management abilities, Izabella Roth is considered a corporate worth individual that can contribute to business productivity and success at all levels of an organization.

With a vast experience in the field of medical and health-based practice and also her managerial skills, she has essentially been regarded as a true team builder that can motivate a vast majority of individuals working under her. Under her guidance, she previously managed to reduce staff turnover by 91%, reduced medical mistakes and complaints by about a third while working at Alberta Health Services. Izabella Roth track record has suddenly portrayed her as one of the key individuals whose capabilities in both managerial and corporate working have proven essential for organizational success.

As an individual, Izabella Roth is a friendly person whose managerial skills always involves keeping workplace fun through her holistic leadership skills. Her in-depth belief in innovative health as well as her extensive participation in education indicatives to improve community service have seen her efforts recognized nationwide by Health Canada. This has even granted her opportunities to share her experience and speak to different congregations both locally and at national events.

Pooja Ganhdi
Vice President Operations

Pooja Ganhdi

Pooja Ganhdi came to Christenson Communities from SureHire Occupational Testing, where she also worked as the Vice President Operations. At SureHire since 2013, she started as Business Analyst, working through successive leadership roles before VP. Before SureHire, she worked in a few operations roles for companies such as ShawCor CSI and Biomira Inc. From 2006 - 2012 Gandhi founded and operated her clothing and accessories business, Phnom Penh Cambodia.

Gandhi holds an Advanced Accounting Diploma from N.A.I.T, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, Project Management Certification from Grant MacEwan University, and is currently undertaking an MBA candidacy with the Australian School of Business. She has undertaken several advanced workshops and training in areas such as leadership, coaching, talent mapping, and conflict.

Marjan Mobed
Director of Clinical Practice

Marjan Mobed

Marjan Mobed has  worked as a clinical manager for the last 5 years and is  joining Christenson Communities as the Director of Clinical Practice. She has practiced as an RN in acute care, rehabilitation and home care. She has experience and knowledge in wound care, palliative care, chemotherapy, spinal cord injury care and care for older adults.

She is passionate in improving the quality of life in older adults through supporting their autonomy and independence while also considering their safety and well-being. 

Poonam Gill
Executive Associate to CEO

Poonam Gill

As an efficient individual with the motivation to work and attain greater success, she has recently been granted an opportunity to be the Executive Associate at the Christenson Communities with the ultimate role of pushing the organization to greater success and productivity.

With a vast experience and background in human resource management she has gathered notable experiences in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, employment contracts, contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development and management coaching, and especially in influencing better selection and recruitment of qualified individuals who have shown greater performance as far as work ethics and productivity is concerned. She has a knack for reading people and finding the right fit in any organization.  Her great composure and the ability to cater for the needs of major companies both nonprofit and profit organizations is one of the key traits she poses.

Faith Boka-Gwinji
Health Navigator

Faith Boka-Gwinji

Faith Boka-Gwinji is a Health Navigator for Christenson Communities Ltd operating under the new division of Christenson Health Services for Custom Supportive Living – CSL "Helping You Manage Your Care" Including hard to find, new Memory Living choices for couples wanting to stay together.

As an accomplished and successful sales executive with more than 18 years of experience Faith's expertise is in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, directing up to date marketing campaigns, and negotiating substantial contracts to accelerate business development and revenue growth.

Throughout her career, she has managed staff, recruited and trained team members, established long- term client relationships and has been instrumental in the success of many organizations. Part of Faith's relevant professional educational Portfolio includes: Medical Billing and Terminology, Medical Front Office Assistant, Real Estate Suite – Investment Law, Bachelor of Arts (BA), Hospitality Management Degree, Co-facilitator for Better Choices, Better Health® self-management workshops for adults specialized in long-term health conditions.

Megan Guenette
Clinical Quality Assurance

Megan Guenette

Before joining Christenson Communities, Megan held several positions working in the service industry. Most recently as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working in Home Care and in Mental Health. She brings experience from being a medical office assistant and working in diverse fields as an LPN.

Megan has completed several certificates and training but most notably a Practical Nurse Diploma from NorQuest College.
