Can-Der Construction, a division of Christenson Group of Companies, is a general contractor of adult and seniors housing communities with a reputation for quality work, honesty, and attention to detail.
We are seeking a full-time Warranty and Service Manager who is responsible for managing and directing the Quality Control and Service Technician staff while overseeing all warranty and service work after possession by the customer has taken place. This position also oversees and manages any outstanding service work on Can-Der built projects, and will include onsite meetings with home owners and booking service calls.
Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will have a minimum of five years in residential service and warranty experience while also having a minimum of two to three years experience in a supervisory role. You have proven leadership abilities and are collaborative in dealing with customers and fellow staff members and thrive in an environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and The Alberta New Home Warranty Program would be a definite asset.
As a company owned vehicle is provided for this position, a valid Alberta driver’s license and a current Drivers Abstract is a requirement.
Salary is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Can-Der offers an excellent team atmosphere, a competitive salary, and a full medical and dental benefit package.
