SPRINGS OF BRIDGEPORT

When we decided to build a condo, 2 things were of utmost importance to us. No. 1 was location and No. 2 was a solid, reputable builder who would deliver to us a quality finished product at a dollar figure that would fit our budget.

This was our 3rd time building a home so we felt that we had experience in knowing what we were looking for. Even though we both work in Edmonton we wanted to stay in Leduc but we were initially disappointed with the condo market in this city. This was due to the location of existing projects as well as style.

We began to look on the southside of Edmonton. We were pretty confident that we would have to leave Leduc to find what we were looking for. It was about this time that Christenson Developments began the project “The Springs at Bridgeport Crossing”. The location is excellent as it is in a residential setting with a ravine view and yet is very close to all amenities. Leduc has a wonderful multiway system which allows for walking, biking, running etc. all year round and access to this is just minutes from our front door.

We had now arrived at the location but what about the development itself? We were able to customize a plan to our individual preferences. The personnel working with us throughout the entire process were top notch and gave us individual attention during construction. We can say that in our experience that this company employs honest qualified staff and gives utmost attention to even the smallest details. Christenson personnel continue to provide follow up service in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. They definitely stand behind their product. Even though the development is still very much in the construction stage, utmost respect is given to existing residents. We do not regret our choice of builder and are very happy we were able to stay in the City of Leduc.

It was time to downsize. We checked out a few developers and chose Christenson. The plans and size were to our liking and the builders happily made all the changes we wanted.

The workmanship was good from our front step with a wrought iron railing to the back deck. We are enjoying our new home – cozy yet plenty of room with the open concept.

The location impressed John – backing onto the Deer Valley Park Creek. It is a five minute drive to the airport and a short walk to great shopping in Leduc Commons.

I enjoy the grounds – flowers, trees, shrubs and fence. A great place to live, we love it.
