As a resident of Devonshire Village I am residing in the Mews and my husband is in the Care Centre with Alzheimer’s Disease.

The Village is still under construction however, I am so enjoying my residency in the Mews. The Care Centre is equally as pleasant.

The plan of the Village is very unique, and so effective. The buildings have good quality finishing internally and externally.

It seems to be well staffed, who in turn are pleasant, knowledgeable, co-operative and attentive.

As a consumer I was delighted to seen the Company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, a very important aspect of my decision making.

Devonshire is our second “Christenson Developments Ltd.” home and we are sure we will be as happy and satisfied here as we were in our Riverside Common condo. We certainly had no problem selling our condo once people knew that it was “Christenson” built.

Our purchase here and move in was pleasant and worry free, thanks to Randy Johnson our sales person. He was courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful. Our unit was not to be finished for at least another year but due to my wife’s illness, Christenson Developments allowed us to move into another unit until ours is finished. This meant a great deal to us. Our thanks to a great group of people.

We have been in our condo/apartment for three months and find it perfectly comfortable. We can't say enough about the prompt attention given to any little problem we encounter. Every member of the staff that we have come in contact with was most helpful and congenial.

We feel very much at home here, from the time we enter the inviting lobby and have enjoyed the personnel and tenants alike. Consequently we couldn't be happier that we made Devonshire Village our choice at this stage of life.
